刀削麺 唐家

Junに「ヌーブラのお店のはす向かいにある新しい刀削麺屋さん」と紹介されてチャレンジした唐家、ホームページは無いが（『 刀削麺荘 唐家 赤坂店』 港区赤坂3-20-2. 第3福富ビル１F ）です。

赤坂のその他の刀削麺よりは美味しいでしょうと意見もあったが、味が結構違うので好みの問題？ただ、ここは麺が以外はほとんどありません。

気になる事は食券を渡すときに「シャンツァイなしでお願いします」と言ったら、「不要香菜嗎？」と中国語で返事が来たこと。こっちも中国語で思わず答えてしまったが。。。中国人と思われたのか、それともこれがこのお店のサービス？

Jun had mentioned that "there's a new Daoxiaomian place in Akasaka across from the Nubra store," wishing to kill two birds with one stone, I set out to see what was up.

The noodles were thinner than the Daoxiaomian that I am used to, and the soup was a bit different also, but it wasn't bad.  Just a different type of Daoxiaomian from what I am used to.

When I was handing over my food tickets, I asked for no coriander on my noodles.  The waitress asked me in Chinese if i didn't want coriander.  I replied back in Chinese, but I was left wondering why she asked me in Chinese.
